a list of things that bother me about “the world”

1.People think if you make a mistake, or several mistakes, or even live a life of mistakes, that you’re automatically a horrible person. People need to understand there is a God that forgives you, and erases those mistakes. He will accept you no matter what you’ve done. So why can’t people be christ-like and forgive?

2.People act like church is such a drag. Yeah, even your pastor will crack a joke or two about how church is boring, but so is school and look how important that is to help you in life. Church is basically a time to educate yourself about Jesus, his life, and his word.

3.If you live a life of sin, (which we all do, noone is perfect.) and it is well known by peers/reputation, people don’t believe that you CAN change, and turn your life to the Lord. Porn stars, murderers, drug addicts, thieves, prostitutes.. have turned their life to Jesus.

4. Atheists, (or any other religion that does not believe in Jesus Christ, not trying  to single out anyone) constantly use the Bible against us in argument. They say things like “Aren’t Christians supposed to accept and love everyone? Yet Jesus will send homosexuals to hell?” (And other things of that nature) Jesus never said he didn’t love homosexuals, because he does love them. He loves all his children equally. Jesus created a man and a woman. He created Adam, and took a piece of him, and created Eve. Eve was made from one of Adams ribs. God did this so man would always feel like part of them was missing without woman. Also, he made it so it takes one man, and one woman, to create life. He asks of you not many things, so people should just respect that God did what he did for a reason, and respect that. People often say “I was born this way.” That is a false statement, because NO ONE is born homosexual.

5.God forgives us for all sin, no matter how big or how small. Jesus says all sins are equal. Some people take advantage of that. Respect Jesus Christ. After all, he shed his blood for YOUR sins and YOUR mistakes. He was crucified a pure and sinless man. Devote your life to Jesus. Just know, if you turn your life to God, that doesn’t mean you won’t make MASSIVE mistakes in your life again, because you will. Jesus will always forgive you and welcome you back with open arms.
